The Fold Away Cinema screen, is a proposal for a mobile cinema screen deployable, anywhere and transported on a bicycle trailer. It was initially a proposal for Hackney. The intention being to screen a series of short films about Hackney or by local film-makers and artists and also incorporate a sound installation based on interviews with filmmakers about the process of making their work and they way it responds to context.
